Thoughtful support, not just legal process
We listen first
Before any advice, we hear your full situation. Understanding the human side of a family matter shapes everything we recommend.
Complete confidentiality
Everything shared with us stays within our firm. We follow Thai Bar Association rules on client confidentiality without exception.
Clear in English and Thai
Documents and conversations handled fluently in both languages, so nothing is lost in translation when it matters most.
Transparent timelines
We tell you what to expect at each stage and keep you updated as things move. No surprises, no unexplained delays.
Clear, fixed fee options
Our fees are set out clearly before any work begins. We discuss costs openly so there are no uncomfortable conversations later.
Family wellbeing at the centre
We keep the long-term wellbeing of all family members, particularly children, in mind throughout every step of our work.
Would a quiet conversation help right now?
Many families find that simply speaking with a practitioner — without any commitment — helps them see the path forward. We are here when you are ready.
Common questions
Questions families often ask
What happens in the first conversation?
We start by simply listening. You explain your situation at whatever pace feels comfortable. We take notes, ask a few clarifying questions, and by the end of the session we give you a clear picture of the options available to you under Thai family law. There is no obligation to proceed with any of them.
Do I need to come to your office in person?
Initial consultations can be held at our Chatuchak office or by video call, whichever is more comfortable for you. For document signings and formal proceedings, an in-person visit is required, but we will explain clearly when that becomes necessary.
How long does a family matter typically take to resolve?
It depends greatly on the nature of the matter and whether both parties wish to reach an agreement. A simple review takes about two weeks. Mediated agreements usually settle within one to two months. Contested matters that proceed to court take longer and we will give you a realistic picture during the initial conversation.
Will my family situation remain private?
Absolute confidentiality is a foundation of our practice. Everything you share is protected by legal professional privilege and our ethical obligations. We never discuss client matters externally, and our files are stored securely.
What are the fees and when do I pay?
Our fees for each service are shown clearly on our website and discussed before any work begins. The Family Situation Review is ฿4,550. Mediation and Agreement Help is ฿10,000. Full Family Representation is ฿17,200. Payment schedules are agreed at the outset and we never add costs without prior discussion.
Can you help with child custody arrangements?
Yes. Child custody and parental access arrangements are among the most sensitive matters we handle. We approach these with particular care, always keeping the best interests of the child central to our advice and any agreement we help to draft.
