Enquiring about our services does not create an engagement or attorney-client relationship. A formal engagement is established only when both parties have signed a written engagement letter.
3. Services
Krung Counsel provides family legal services in Thailand, including consultations, mediation support, and full legal representation in family matters. Services are provided primarily in Bangkok and are available to Thai nationals and foreign nationals legally present in Thailand.
We reserve the right to decline to act for any person or in relation to any matter, in our professional discretion. The description of services on this website is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent. Any legal documents we prepare for you as part of an engagement remain the work product of Krung Counsel until fees are paid in full.
6. Fees and payment
Our service fees are as set out on our website and confirmed in the engagement letter. All fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Family Situation Review: ฿4,550 per engagement
- Mediation and Agreement Help: ฿10,000 per engagement
- Full Family Representation: ฿17,200 per engagement
Payment terms are confirmed in the engagement letter. We do not charge for time in excess of the agreed fee without prior discussion and written agreement.
Refunds are not available once a service has been delivered. If a matter does not proceed after engagement, we will agree a fair fee for work completed up to that point.
7. Service delivery and scope
The scope of each service is confirmed in the engagement letter. We will not undertake work outside that scope without a written variation agreed by both parties.
Timelines given on this website are indicative only. Actual timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the matter, the cooperation of other parties, and court schedules beyond our control.

8. Disclaimers
The information on this website is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed by reading this website.
We cannot and do not make any assurances about the outcome of any legal matter. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including the decisions of courts and other parties. Past outcomes for other clients do not indicate what may happen in your case.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our liability to you in connection with the provision of legal services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in which the liability arises.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our website, unless caused by our fraud or wilful default.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Krung Counsel harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our website, or the provision of inaccurate information to us.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement on written notice. On termination, we will invoice for work completed to the date of termination on a fair and reasonable basis, and return your documents and files promptly.
We reserve the right to terminate an engagement if continuing would breach our professional obligations or applicable law.
12. Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the Thai courts.
The courts of Bangkok, Thailand, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
